Content: 暑熱下では熱中症の危険性が高まり、持久的運動パフォーマンスは低下することから、暑熱対策は極めて重要です。一方で暑熱ストレスを繰り返すことで様々な機能が向上し、結果として暑熱耐性が高まったり、健康状態が改善したりします。本セミナーでは、暑熱ストレスに対する適応現象も含めて、暑熱ストレスに関する最新の知見をニュージーランドの先生方にお話しいただきます。
