★Prof. Kitahara’s group presented the research achievements at the Sports Informatics Symposium
Two graduate students under the supervision of Professor Kitahara at the ARIHHP/ Center for Computational Sciences presented posters at the Sports Informatics Symposium held at the High Performance Sports Centre (HPSC) on 21 June.
Ayaka Shimazu, “Estimation of the human skeleton from pseudo-photographed two-viewpoint video” (Aims to estimate the 3D movements of athletes from videos captured easily with a tablet device).
Shunzo Yamagishi, ” A Method for estimating positions of athletes moving over a wide area using pan-tilt-zoom video” (Aims to estimate the position/pose of athletes from the tracking videos).
