【Press Release】Visiting Professor Hideaki Soya, formerly affiliated with ARIHHP, and colleagues’ article was published in an international journal

The research conducted by Visiting Professor Hideaki Soya, formerly affiliated with ARIHHP, and his colleagues has been published in Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications and announced through a university press release.
In exercise prescriptions, moderate-to-vigorous-intensity exercise is generally recommended for health benefits. This study demonstrated that exercise activates the hippocampus—the learning and memory center—in an intensity-dependent manner, even at very-light-intensity exercise. These findings may support our previous findings and contribute to the advancement of accessible exercise programs for all individuals.
