A research article by led ARIHHP assistant professor FUJII Naoto (Research field: Exercise & Environmental Physiology), ARIHHP Professor NISHIYASU Takeshi (Research field: Exercise & Environmental Physiology) et al. was accepted by an international journal of Nitric Oxide. This study elucidated that acute nitrate-rich beetroot juice supplementation increased nitrate and nitrite ions in human skin interstitial fluid. It is expected that the result of this research will be examined further from a physiological point of view.
