【Press Release】Prof. Nakata et al. Quantifying Physical Performance and Identifying Knee Injury Risk Factors in Rugby Players
An article by Prof. Yoshio Nakata et al. (area of expertise: Sports Translational Research) of ARIHHP has been published in the international journal “Journal of Physical Fitness and Sports Medicine.” This study conducted a prospective analysis of the physical performance of rugby players and investigated risk factors for knee injuries. The study found that a limb symmetry index for hip internal rotation strength and a hip extension strength may contribute to the risk of knee injury.
