【Press Release】Professor Soya and colleagues’ article was published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise

The research conducted by Professor Hideaki Soya and his colleagues has been published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise and announced through a university press release. This study identified the gas exchange threshold (GET) in rats and confirmed that both the GET and the lactate threshold (LT) serve as indicators of moderate-intensity exercise, distinguishing performance improvements during aerobic training. These findings provide foundational information for researchers in sports science.
