ARIHHP征矢英昭教授とポーランド・グダンスク体育大学のSylwester Kujach博士らによる、運動と認知機能に関する国際共同研究の成果が「Frontiers in Neuroscience」に掲載されました。

この研究では、スプリントインターバル運動が認知機能を向上させる背景に同運動で高まる血中乳酸が関与する可能性が示されました。
